Humble and meek, out there in them streets.

Only the Lord´s voice can instruct this sheep.

Crowned with the glory he is yet to envision,

God has equipped this soldier for every mission.

Strong and courageous with a heart of gold,

The Lord´s face, one day, he will surely behold.

Through his veins flows the gift of prophecy,

Upon his shoulders rests the Lord´s mercy.

Judgement day, he won´t need to fear, you see

He´ll be standing up front as Jesus hands him the key.

Sacrificing the former self for our Almighty,

The written word of the Book he clings to tightly.

In the humble footsteps, Colston traverses the land,

A preacher spreading love, with a heart so grand.

From town to town, city to city, he roams.

A messenger of hope carrying God´s sweet tones.

Bathed in the light of faith, his spirit shines bright,

His devotion unwavering, a guiding light.

With every word he speaks, a spark of love ignites,

Touching souls, bringing solace in darkest nights.

His love for the Lord, a flame that burns deep,

Fuelled by a passion that no hardship can keep.

With a heart of gold, he selflessly serves

For the betterment of mankind,

His purpose he preserves.

Like a warrior, he fights against the tides of despair,

Championing righteousness, spreading love in the air.

A beacon of compassion, a friend so true.

I´m honoured to stand beside him, his journey to pursue.

From Bristol´s embrace, his mission takes flight,

Uniting hearts, bringing joy, with all his might.

He walks in the footsteps of the King of all,

A vessel of God´s love, answering His call.

In this earthly kingdom, he toils and strives,

With unwavering faith, his purpose he derives.

For the Lord, for mankind, he´ll never cease,

A testament to goodness, spreading eternal peace.

So let us join hands, my friend, side by side,

As we march onward, spreading love far and wide.

In the footsteps of Colston our friend, we´ll proudly stand,

Preaching the good word, guided by God´s loving hand.
